From a single-story house to a custom two-story
Home Construction & Design is taking this Laguna Hills home down to the frame and rebuilding it as a modern two-story: expanded living space, a new upstairs suite, and a viewing deck, all delivered by one in-house team.

From the original house to a custom two-story
Design, permits & demo — done. We designed a complete custom redesign of the original home, with an expanded plan, a new second-floor suite, and a viewing deck, and took the existing house down to prepare the site.
Foundation — complete. New foundation work went in for the expanded footprint.
Framing — in progress. Both floors are framed and the roof structure is going up, as the drone and site photos in the gallery show.
What's next. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-in, then insulation, drywall, and finishes, targeting completion in Q4 2026.
